LIFE
1.1 We oppose the use of public funds toward any activity or organization that promotes abortion such as Planned Parenthood.
1.2 We believe life should be protected from conception to natural death.
1.3 We support legislation that declares there is no right to an abortion under the Iowa Constitution.
1.4 Protecting the sanctity of marriage, we believe marriage is a comprehensive union of one biological man and one biological woman, and we resolve that no other relationship shall be treated as its equivalent.
1.5 Be it resolved we support an amendment to both our state and federal constitution defining marriage as the exclusive union between one biological man and one biological woman.
1.6 We believe persons using a public bathroom and/or locker room must use the bathroom and/or locker room that is the same as the biological sex of the person.
1.7 Be it resolved, athletic competitors at all levels may only be allowed to compete based on biological sex at birth.
1.8 Be it resolved that it is the right of every individual to have a healthcare advocate, of the patient’s choice, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while in a supervised health facility even during pandemic conditions.  They would also have an advocate with them while deciding health directives that can assist in their decisions.
1.9 Be it resolved in a divorce the custody of a minor child shall be shared parenting unless proven by fact that it is not in the best interest of the child.
1.10 Be it resolved individuals need to be able to refuse broadly mandated medical treatments based on their personal convictions and situation without undue circumstances.  Additionally, individuals should not be denied life saving procedures based on personal choice.
1.11 We support greater funding in the effort to stop human trafficking, starting with hiring more detectives in each state and at the federal level.  This would include harsher punishments for those convicted of this crime.
1.12 We support ending the abortion pill and protect mothers and their unborn babies.
1.13 Be it resolved that surrogacy promotes the commodification of women and children and should be banned.

LIBERTY
2.1 We support protection of our freedoms and rights; the freedom of religion, the freedom of speech and the right to bear arms.
2.2 We believe our children should be allowed to opt out of programs that encourage homosexuality and transgenderism in our schools.
2.3 We believe parents/guardians have the right to choose how their children should be educated whether it be public, private, charter or home schooling.  The funds necessary to the education of those students will follow the student to their school of choice without government overreach.
2.4 We believe that the right of parents to direct the religious instruction, education, and medical care of their children shall not be infringed.
2.5 We support the protection of tax free status for religious organizations.
2.6 We support voluntary teacher or student led prayer in government schools.  Use of the Bible as a textbook should be allowed as a local option.
2.7 We believe the display of the Ten Commandments, the American Flag, and the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance should be allowed in any public building.
2.8 Be it resolved that other than the study of the biological sex recognized at birth (male, female), multi-genderism, homosexuality, transgenderism and the transvestite lifestyle should not be part of the public school curriculum.
2.9 Be it resolved that there be transparency in required reading materials and books in local or school libraries and classrooms.  These books or materials should be open and available for parental review or to opt out for their children.
2.10 Be it resolved that Civics, the Biblical roots of American Institutions and principles, and the factual and balanced history of the United States be taught in public schools.
2.11 We oppose shutting down the economy because of any issues.
2.12 We propose that health professionals should not be restricted from prescribing Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin and pharmacies should not refuse to fill those prescriptions.
2.13 We support the introduction of Health Freedom Laws, which recognize the right for individuals and families to choose their course of treatment including holistic healthcare and alternative medicine.
2.14 The State of Iowa needs to take steps to protect patients’ rights during declared emergencies at any level. This would include protecting the rights of patients’ medical freedom (no forced shots) and the ability of physicians to prescribe FDA approved drugs for off-label use.
2.15 We support any state laws that ban vaccine passports.
2.16 We oppose mandates for masks and experimental vaccines.
2.17 We support legislation to hold Big Tech accountable for censoring free speech. 
2.18 We support ending the weaponization of our federal government (including the FBI, CIA, and the IRS, etc.) against targeting any individual.
2.19 We believe anyone demasking, doxing or giving death threats to citizens, any federal agent and/or their families need to be arrested and prosecuted.
2.20 We believe that county, state and federal courts must recognize due process in all judicial proceedings, and raise the burden of proof in cases relying on subjective evidence alone to prevent prosecutorial intimidation of defendants.

NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY AND DEFENSE
3.1 We reaffirm our commitment to the nation of Israel.
3.2 We support only legal immigration.
3.3 We believe illegal immigration Sanctuary Cities and states should be outlawed.  Any city or state that disobeys will have all federal funds withheld.
3.4 We resolve to have strong national border security.
3.5 We believe we should spend more money and work on completion of the border wall, and follow the processes for foreigners to come to America legally.
3.6 Be it resolved that we must care for our homeless veterans before we care for illegal immigrants.
3.7 We support ending anti-Semitism in our government, on college campuses, in America and around the world.
3.8 We support holding China accountable for Covid-19 deaths across the US and World.
3.9 We support stopping China’s spy balloons over our military bases.  (Sanction China or stop trade with China.)
3.10 We believe we need to reduce or eliminate support and/or funding of the World Health Organization and the United Nations.
3.11 We support the lawful removal of illegal immigrants, support ICE, and condemn resistance in order to stop destruction of our towns and cities.

COMMERCE
4.1 We encourage continued support and use of biofuels and support the continuation of environmentally-friendly initiatives that help sustain family farming operations.
4.2 We believe in lower cost and increased availability for insulin and other exorbitantly– priced medications.
4.3 Be it resolved we need to advocate for policies that will reduce inflation and stabilize the economy.
4.4 Be it resolved we need to get the Keystone Pipeline completed and open for the transport of fuels.
4.5 Be it resolved that monopolies in technology, medicine, pharmaceuticals, education and news media be broken up.
4.6 Be it resolved that 5G towers and government funding for such towers be restricted in Iowa.  They pose a health risk to people, pose a risk to the environment and are unnecessary.
4.7 Be it resolved that continuous glucose monitors to be available over the counter.
4.8 We believe energy independence should be the goal of our public policy.
4.9 We oppose central bank digital currency (CBDC).
4.10 We support solutions to create transparent competition among Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) and address the ways the PBM’s profit at the expense of independent pharmacies, patients, employee health plans and taxpayers.
4.11 Be it resolved we oppose any federal regulations based on climate science that is not independently repeated and verified by a double-blind process.
4.12 Be it resolved the United States Treasury Department to operate under the Gold Standard 100%.
4.13 We support the use of State and Federal tax revenue for rural medical clinics and rural hospitals.
4.14 We support tax incentives for healthcare providers in small rural clinics.
4.15 We support recognizing fractional gold and silver, whether physical or digital, as lawful and voluntary means of exchange in Iowa, consistent with Article I, Section 10 of the United States Constitution.   Such recognition should allow individuals and businesses to transact in gold and silver without discriminatory taxation, encourage innovation in precious-metal-backed payment systems, strengthen economic resilience, protect savings from inflation, and reaffirm Iowa’s commitment to sound money, financial freedom, and constitutional principles.

GOVERNMENT
5.1 We believe the United States Census should have the question whether the person is a United States citizen or not.
5.2 We support the 10th Amendment, which states that the Federal Government has only those powers delegated to it by the U.S. Constitution.
5.3 The Republican Party should support Article V Convention of States - both the House and Senate of Iowa for the purpose of limiting the Federal Government.
5.4 We believe the state legislature mandate to the Iowa Department of Education that all professors in college teacher education preparation programs hold a current State Teaching License or certificate.
5.5 We propose that Intelligent Design be taught in the Public School System alongside Theory of Evolution.  There is substantial evidence to support Intelligent Design as there is for the Theory of Evolution.  Allow the students to come to their own conclusions based on the evidence.
5.6 We need to terminate the Federal Department of Education.  The nation’s education system should be overseen by state and local elected authorities.
5.7 We support English as the official language of the state of Iowa.
5.8 We believe Congress shall abide by all laws passed by Congress. Example: Healthcare.
5.9 Whereas smoking is prohibited in all public areas by law except casinos; as an object of fairness let the law prohibiting smoking in public places be applied equally to all casinos in the state of Iowa.
5.10 We believe that Federal and State legislators be prohibited from passing down unfunded mandates.
5.11 We support the repeal of Obamacare.
5.12 We support transparency in medical billing to reduce the cost of healthcare.
5.13 We believe a valid photo ID should be a requirement for US citizens to vote.
5.14 We propose stronger protections on health care privacy.  Specifically we would like to see the restrictions on government mandated EHR’s (electronic health records) in favor of records that focus on improving the Doctor/Patient relationship.  A good example is the MN Health Record Act.
5.15 Be it resolved that state and county governments follow President Donald Trump's example and be very serious about removing frivolous laws and regulations.
5.16 We support maintaining the right to work status for those states that have chosen to make it a practice.
5.17 Be it resolved that since Socialism, Communism, Marxism and BLM organization principles are in direct conflict with the Free Enterprise System, we should reject these ideologies and move to keep them out of our political system.
5.18 We oppose basing any Public School Curriculum on Critical Race Theory (CRT), Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and the 1619 Project. 
5.19 We support the reduction in the size of the federal government.
5.20 We support lowering of costly national debt by cutting spending in every department of the Federal Government by at least 1% annually to pay off the debt in 10 years.
5.21 We support term limits in the federal government of 12 years in Congress.
5.22 We support maintaining and not changing the Electoral College as set forth in the Constitution.
5.23 Whereas the words spoken by an individual can be digitally manipulated to alter the meaning and therefore slander, mischaracterized, or defame the contextual meaning of the speaker by the press or individuals presenting such information in any form of media; be it enacted that the use of words that were actually spoken by an individual but purposefully, willfully, and with malice edited by another individual or entity to remove words just before and/or just after that totally and completely change the meaning of the speaker, shall not be protected but subject to the fullest extent of tort law except in the circumstance of parody.
5.24 We believe the US Supreme Court should remain as 9 members.
5.25 We support Area Education Agencies in Iowa following an audit for services provided to schools.
5.26 Be it resolved to do more to protect Social Security and Medicare from going bankrupt.
5.27 We support standing against and defunding all radical Islamic, violent and/or Jihad organizations like UNRWA (persecuting Jews and Israel) and the Hindu RSS in India that persecutes Christians.
5.28 We oppose insider trading in our Federal Government.
5.29 No elected Republican in a leadership position shall use said position to sanction or punish another elected Republican for advocating in good conscience for his/her electors or positions contained in the Republican Party of Iowa platform.
5.30 Censure Senator Klimesh and ask for his removal as Senate Majority Leader.

PROPERTY
6.1 We oppose the use of eminent domain to condemn and or seize private property from Iowans for the use of a Carbon Capture Pipeline.
6.2 We support legislation to deny purchase of Iowa property by any foreign government including the Chinese government or attendant representatives of any foreign government.

JUNIOR DELEGATE PLANKS
Whereas, the choice of what food to eat is a basic human right, be it resolved that the right of the people to purchase the food of their choice from the source of their choice shall not be infringed.

Whereas, Iowa has the highest rates of cancer in the world, mostly due to the widespread use of glyphosates (AKA Roundup), be it resolved that the use of glyphosate be banned or strictly limited.

We believe that a localized, decentralized food system is necessary for national security.

We believe that all functions of government should be delegated to the most local level possible.

Whereas, it is not a proper function of the government to prop up unprofitable business models, be it resolved that taxpayer money should not be used to subsidize private businesses, including agriculture.

We believe that programs that encourage homosexuality and transgenderism in schools should be banned.
